  • Develop strategic account plans for target accounts in the Business Unit
  • Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Identify and secure prototyping, ramp, production opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Build meaningful relationships with engineers, supply chain managers, and executives
  • Lead and manage customer contract negotiations

  • 3-5 years sales experience; proven pipeline development
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
