  • Own named accounts and new business pipeline across EMEA (Mobile/XP Gaming).
  • Identify clientsโ€™ marketing needs and propose measurable solutions; source opportunities with publishers.
  • Build senior relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing, UA/Growth, Brand).
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solutioning, forecasting, negotiation, close.
  • Help clients achieve goals through Discord solutions; act as strategic marketing partner.
  • Deploy and execute repeatable sales motions; apply account planning to grow revenue.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital advertising, media sales or brand marketing in gaming.
  • Proven revenue, pipeline, and account growth track record including closing new business.
  • Strong experience managing gaming clients through the funnel.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers at publishers/agencies.
  • Commercial strength: negotiating and structuring buying agreements.
  • Analytical mindset: interpret data and translate into recommendations.
