- 5+ years in digital advertising, media sales or brand marketing in gaming.
- Proven revenue, pipeline, and account growth track record including closing new business.
- Strong experience managing gaming clients through the funnel.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers at publishers/agencies.
- Commercial strength: negotiating and structuring buying agreements.
- Analytical mindset: interpret data and translate into recommendations.
