  • 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying role, while consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally focused on SMB or early-stage startups.
  • Thrive in high-velocity sales with fast decision-making and high activity.
  • Be highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term retention.
  • Possess the technical competency to understand Vanta's software and engage highly technical prospects.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
