- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally focused on SMB or early-stage startups.
- Thrive in high-velocity sales with fast decision-making and high activity.
- Be highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term retention.
- Possess the technical competency to understand Vanta's software and engage highly technical prospects.
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
