🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS sales (high-volume/new business)
- Strong SDR/BDR background with self-prospecting track record
- Ability to communicate value and ROI to SMB stakeholders
- Consistent quota attainment and top-tier performance
- Proactive, self-motivated with results focus
- Experience selling to E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer brands
🎁 Benefits
- OTE range: $172,890 - $192,100
- Starting wage varies by location, skills, experience
- Equity and other compensation may be provided
- Hybrid SF: 2 days/week initially; 3 days/week from Feb 2, 2026; up to 4 weeks remote
