📋 Description

  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to discovery, product demos, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Generation & Management: Consistently source and qualify leads to maintain a strong, reliable pipeline.
  • Value-Based Selling: Clearly communicate ROI and business value by understanding each prospect's goals and aligning Brex’s solutions to their needs.
  • Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Build trust through insight and service, helping prospects navigate challenges and unlock growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting to create a smooth and impactful buyer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer business models, including paid media spend, inventory cycles, cash-flow constraints, fulfillment operations, and supplier payments.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS sales (high-volume/new business)
  • Strong SDR/BDR background with self-prospecting track record
  • Ability to communicate value and ROI to SMB stakeholders
  • Consistent quota attainment and top-tier performance
  • Proactive, self-motivated with results focus
  • Experience selling to E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer brands

🎁 Benefits

  • OTE range: $172,890 - $192,100
  • Starting wage varies by location, skills, experience
  • Equity and other compensation may be provided
  • Hybrid SF: 2 days/week initially; 3 days/week from Feb 2, 2026; up to 4 weeks remote
