  • Generate new business revenue through CCaaS, AI, CX, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and penetrate target accounts.
  • Prospect and create pipeline via outbound BD, partners, networking, referrals.
  • Engage CIOs, COOs, CX leaders, Contact Center leaders, and Operations executives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consulting, Delivery and Partners to tailor solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years of mid-market to enterprise consultative solution selling.
  • 4+ years selling CCaaS, Contact Center, CX, SaaS, or related tech.
  • Proven success generating net-new opportunities and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of CX operations, contact center modernization, AI, and automation.
