- At least 2 years of closing experience in a SaaS or tech sales role
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement against quota
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and early-stage conversations
- Ability to navigate technical discussions with data/engineering stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiar with value-based selling (e.g., Command of the Message)
