  • Experience managing B2B customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS evaluation process and stages.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple departments through lifecycle to renewal.
  • Proficient with CRM and Power BI (Salesforce and Tableau) for activities and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
