📋 Description

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas for software and services.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process across mid-market accounts (500-4,999 employees).
  • Develop new opportunities within existing customers across departments.
  • Leverage relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint during renewals.
  • Expand Smartsheet brand awareness at the C-suite and across teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years full sales cycle management in SaaS.
  • 3+ years managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS evaluation processes and stages.
  • 3+ years cross-functional experience from engagement to renewal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using CRM and Power BI (Salesforce and Tableau) to track activities and metrics.
