- Generate and progress pipeline via inbound qualification and targeted outbound with SDRs/Marketing.
- Lead discovery to uncover problems, quantify impact, and align stakeholders on Intercom value narrative.
- Deliver compelling product demos and evaluations that showcase Intercom Suite, including Fin AI, tailored to goals.
- Navigate procurement, security, and legal with cross-functional support; keep deals moving with clear steps and timelines.
- Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and communicate risks and upside clearly.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years closing B2B SaaS with SMB and deal sizes >100k-200k ARR.
- Consistent track record of beating quota with opportunity management, multi-threading, ROI modelling.
- Exceptional discovery, storytelling, and demos grounded in business value and outcomes.
- Proficient at generating pipeline via outbound and partner-led motions with SDRs.
- Running structured evaluations and managing pricing, redlines, security.
- Proficient with modern CRM and sales productivity tools; strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Fluent in French.
