- At least 2 years closing experience in a SaaS or tech sales role
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement against quota
- Comfortable with outbound-led sales, including prospecting and early-stage conversations
- Ability to navigate technical discussions with data and engineering stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills
- Familiar with value-based selling techniques (e.g., Command of the Message)
