  • Manage and grow revenue/market share at designated agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver value.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Understand customer business/workflows; build a strong contact network.
  • Oversee account activities for major City/County/State accounts.

  • 3+ years in customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) Sales.
  • 3+ years experience managing a book of business.
  • Solution/consultative sales experience in complex processes.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM data management experience (preferred).
  • Travel 70%+ (3-4 days on the road) including overnight.
  • Able to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
