📋 Description

  • Drive new business opportunities in Central America LATAM and manage client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to achieve engagement goals using Braze
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Braze’s value
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted LATAM campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Provide product feedback based on client needs and market trends
  • Stay updated on LATAM industry trends and competitors

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years in sales or account management, preferably in the MarTech or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Central America LATAM region
