🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years in sales or account management, preferably in the MarTech or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Central America LATAM region
