- Own territory plan for defined regional mid-size campus customers.
- Drive growth via new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Build and manage account plans to support pipeline development and deal execution.
- Manage full book of business while achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Inside Sales, and other teams to close deals.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS/tech or complex solution sales.
- Proven ability to manage a territory and execute regional sales plans.
- Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles with moderate complexity.
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience selling into campus/public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
