- 5+ years quota-carrying SaaS/tech or complex solutions sales.
- Proven ability to manage a territory and execute a regional plan.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Independent with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience selling into campus, public sector, or regulated environments is a plus; ownership mindset.
