  • Proven experience converting warm leads in fast-paced, metrics-driven env.
  • Comfortable pitching financial products to consumers and handling objections.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage process, DTI, underwriting basics, pre-approval dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management across clients, builders, loan officers.
  • Experience managing high-velocity pipelines in HubSpot or similar CRM.
