- Lead conversations with decision-makers on Talent/Work Transformation needs of top brands.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close new large enterprise and mid-size customers.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Solutions Consulting, Services, Success, and Leadership to craft value propositions and success plans.
- Advocate for our largest customers and share feedback with product, success and marketing teams.
π― Requirements
- Extensive experience in SaaS/B2B Enterprise software and data solutions sales and/or new business development
- A good understanding of how AI is changing the face of work β using AI tools for account profiling, opportunity mapping and messaging
- You will be expected to keep the organization regularly updated on your deals, identifying clear next steps and support required from other teams
- Ideally experience selling disruptive Work software sales experience and knowledge of the enterprise HR tech landscape (e.g. ATS, HCM, and CRM platforms)
- Experience working with Partners such as SAP/Workday, Systems Integrators, Transformation Consultants and CSPs
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multi-decision makers
