🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business with a focus on new partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast, and track performance.
