📋 Description

  • Identify, pitch, and close new digital advertising deals with agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide insights to clients and teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business with a focus on new partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast, and track performance.
