📋 Description

  • Identify, pitch, and close digital ad deals with independent, regional, and holding agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—using a consultative approach.
  • Build relationships with agency decision-makers, positioning Ignite as a strategic partner.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations showcasing our full solution suite.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations, strategy, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business with partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast, and track performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
