Account Executive

📋 Description

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by managing and expanding sales in existing accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
• Collaborate on sales-driving activities with retailers and marketing partners.
• Use data analytics to drive strategy and measure performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand distribution.
• Contribute to KPIs for field activities, sales, distribution, and brand awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading Key Account relationships with revenue results.
• 5+ years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/cannabis preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass MVR.
