🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals with quota.
- MEDDPICC-based discovery & qualification.
- Exec-level storytelling and demos tied to outcomes.
- Domain & cloud fluency: observability, security analytics, pricing.
- Collaborative and coachable; partners with internal teams and Elastic values.
- OSS familiarity; open-source experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with observability or SIEM/XDR use cases.
- Proven multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
