🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals with quota.
  • MEDDPICC-based discovery & qualification.
  • Exec-level storytelling and demos tied to outcomes.
  • Domain & cloud fluency: observability, security analytics, pricing.
  • Collaborative and coachable; partners with internal teams and Elastic values.
  • OSS familiarity; open-source experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with observability or SIEM/XDR use cases.
  • Proven multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
