  • Own the full sales cycle for Memurai opportunities from first contact to close.
  • Qualify and close SMB and mid-market leads across developer and IT buyers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen lead gen and outbound campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads from channel partners, resellers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Contribute to Memurai sales process design, including playbooks and CRM hygiene.
  • Own renewal process with proactive outreach and health checks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–7 years in B2B SaaS sales with a quota-carrying record selling to developers, DevOps, or IT buyers.
  • Experience selling data infrastructure products (Redis, MongoDB, Percona, Couchbase or similar).
  • CRM proficiency with Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Willingness to improve sales processes, contributing to playbooks and GTM docs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead discovery calls and deal navigation.
  • Startup experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Partnership development experience with channel partners and ecosystem partners.
  • Customer lifecycle management experience including renewals and expansion opportunities.
