  • Prospect and engage potential merchants across Non-Enterprise, Enterprise, and Partner channels.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through signed agreement and onboarding.
  • Build referral relationships with ISVs and software partners to generate inbound opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants referred through partner channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand merchant needs and position Shift4 solutions.
  • Complete merchant applications accurately and efficiently, with urgency on Enterprise accounts.

  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales role with measurable production results.
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with prospects and partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
