Account Executive

📋 Description

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals
• Prospect and cultivate new business; maintain key relationships
• Identify growth opportunities within OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics and hospital systems
• Create and implement a strategic plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography
• Manage full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in the designated territory
• Demonstrated successful sales track record; understanding of buyer/decision maker types; exhibit effective selling, listening, presentation skills, and ability to assess and respond to customer needs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to present to internal and external customers
• Effective time management skills; prioritize opportunities
• Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
• Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information
