📋 Description

• Conduct company research and coordinate preliminary meetings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with EVP and Senior Project Director.
• Maintain meeting agendas and prepare briefs for roles.
• Manage communications, arrange appointments, and update CRM.
• Identify target companies for conferences and prepare outreach materials.
• Support cross-functional teams with timely, clear communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft tailored emails.
• Experience in B2B outreach, sales support, or lead generation.
• Strong research and company analysis to identify prospects.
• Proficient with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, and schedule meetings.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and meetings.
