📋 Description

  • Drive UNITY Fetal Risk Screen adoption via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and clinicians.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business; maintain key relationships.
  • Identify growth opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals, and FQHCs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years outside field sales in healthcare.
  • Proven sales track record; understands buyers and decision makers.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; can present to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management with ability to prioritize opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Urgent, results-driven with a focus on closing.
  • Consultative sales skills; assess needs; coordinate and solve problems.
  • Comfortable in startup environments; able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and ethics.
  • Aligns with BillionToOne’s mission and code of conduct.
  • Discretion with patient and physician information.
