- 2+ years of sales experience with cold calling and lead conversion.
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
