- 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar client-facing sales role.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and activities.
- Previous experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is highly desirable.
- Experience selling services to clients in the Technology, Construction, or Accounting sectors.
- English fluency is a must.
