- 10+ years of selling Enterprise Applications or DevOps in Japan
- Experience selling entry-level deals ($50K) and 7-figure deals
- Proven history of overachieving and strong income
- Experience with Opensource and the Java community a plus
- Experience with middleware, big data (Cassandra, Hadoop) and search (SOLR, Elasticsearch) a plus
