📋 Description

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in B2B/ecommerce to drive engagement.
  • Proactive, playbook-driven engagement to maximize acquisition, retention and cross-sell.
  • Partner with CS Managers to identify high-potential customers for the CSM portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity in the CRM.
  • Represent Payoneer at events and industry forums to drive awareness.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions with the marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in account management, business development, or a relevant role.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English; other Asian languages a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communications or related field.
  • Ability to understand big picture, connect business drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for scaled outreach.
  • Proficiency with playbooks, automation tools and trigger-based workflows.
