📋 Description

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in B2B/ecommerce for long-term engagement.
  • Proactive, playbook-driven engagement to maximize acquisition, retention and cross-sell.
  • Partner with CS Managers to identify high-potential customers for the CS portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity data in the CRM.
  • Represent Payoneer at events and industry forums to raise visibility.
  • Create value propositions with the marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in account management, business development or similar role.
  • Fluent in Urdu and English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communications or a related field.
  • Ability to see big picture, connect drivers and identify growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for scaled outreach.
  • Proficiency with playbooks, automation tools and trigger-based workflows.
