📋 Description

  • Manage and grow existing B2B/ecommerce client relationships to drive long-term engagement.
  • Drive proactive, playbook-driven engagement to maximize acquisition, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and nurture high-potential customers for the portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity data and customer records.
  • Represent Payoneer at events and industry forums to boost visibility.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions with the marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in account management or related customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English; Korean/Chinese a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for scaled outreach.
  • Experience with playbooks, automation tools and trigger-based workflows.
