📋 Description

  • Manage and grow B2B/ecommerce client relationships for long-term engagement.
  • Strengthen relationships via proactive, playbook-driven engagement for growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify high-potential customers for the CSM portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity data in the CRM.
  • Create and articulate value propositions with the marketing team.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships across multiple customer segments.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in account management or relevant customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English; additional Asian languages a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • Ability to see big picture and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for scaled outreach.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of customers.
