🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing large portfolios in a scaled/tech-touch model.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, adoption, and retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at scale.
  • Highly data-driven; translate signals into actions.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, automation tools, and trigger-based workflows.
