📋 Description

  • Define and execute a long-term alliance vision to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and activate partner field sales motions with joint enablement.
  • Own executive-level relationships with partner and internal leadership.
  • Develop joint value propositions and GTM strategies with Marketing and Sales.
  • Bridge partner feedback to Product/Engineering to unlock growth.
  • Track pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact across portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnerships, 4+ in partner management with proven results.
  • Experience activating co-sell motions with partner field teams.
  • Experience building executive relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial instincts; monetize strategies and negotiate.
  • Understanding integrations and APIs; experience with Workday/iCIMS/Greenhouse/Fountain.
  • A-player mindset with urgency, resilience, and ownership.
