  • Own pipeline creation and revenue growth across government accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape net new opportunities via outreach, intel, and partners.
  • Lead full sales lifecycle: discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution alignment, pricing, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across Communications, Public Affairs, Digital, Procurement, and Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in public sector.
  • Proven pipeline build and closing success in government environments.
  • Knowledge of government procurement, FAR/DFARS, and contract vehicles.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Office 365, and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20–40% for in-person client meetings.
