  • Excellent communication, with listening, synthesis, and clear playback.
  • Ability to read between the lines and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across creative, production, and strategy.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A quick study who can ramp on new industries and businesses.
