- Experience at Account Director level or equivalent.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and storytelling; contribute to creative strategy.
- Excellent communication, with listening, synthesis, and clear playback.
- Ability to read between the lines and translate insights into actions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across creative, production, and strategy.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick study who can ramp on new industries and businesses.
