• Lead agency teams and client partners to deliver strategic and creative initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience and leadership within an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Ideally Financial Services and/or CPG client management experience.
