🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school.
- Proven experience in sales development or similar, ideally B2B SaaS, media, or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; track record of meeting targets.
- Fluency in German and English; other languages a plus.
- Self-starter, independent and comfortable with ambiguity; entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
