- Own and close revenue from group ticket requests from qualification to signature.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the Sales org to align campaigns and maximize impact.
- Track and report on KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates) and iterate based on data.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school
- Proven experience in sales development or similar role (B2B SaaS, media, events)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
