📋 Description

  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business privatized events.
  • Own and close revenue from group ticket requests from qualification to signature.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the Sales org to align campaigns and maximize impact.
  • Track and report on KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates) and iterate based on data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school
  • Proven experience in sales development or similar role (B2B SaaS, media, events)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
