📋 Description

  • Drive Fever for Business corporate pipeline (inbound/outbound).
  • Manage and close group ticket sales from qualification to payment.
  • Build/outbound outreach cadences to maximize engagement.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Billing, PMs, and Sales to align campaigns.
  • Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion) and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university.
  • Strong interest in Sales; proven B2B sales experience; media/events a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English plus Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese; additional languages a plus.
