- Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversions) and iterate.

- Bachelorโs degree or higher.
- Strong interest in Sales; proven B2B experience.
- Experience in media/events a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese a plus).
