📋 Description

  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ corporate ticketing offering.
  • Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Billing, with the various Project Managers, and with the Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact.
  • Track and report key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on performance data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university.
  • Strong interest in Sales; proven B2B Sales experience.
  • Experience in media or events is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Independent and collaborative work style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity; can build processes from scratch.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision making.
  • Skilled in presenting and writing pitch materials.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (or Brazilian Portuguese); other languages a plus.
