- Manage and close group ticket sales end-to-end.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences for engagement.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to align targets.
- Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales to align campaigns.
- Track KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion, revenue) and iterate.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.
- Strong interest in Sales; proven B2B sales experience; media/events a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus).
