  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business' corporate tickets.
  • Manage and close group ticket sales end-to-end.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences for engagement.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to align targets.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales to align campaigns.
  • Track KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion, revenue) and iterate.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.
  • Strong interest in Sales; proven B2B sales experience; media/events a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus).
