- Manage and close group ticket sales, leading the full cycle from qualification to payment.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
- Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales to align campaigns and impact.
- Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates) and iterate from data.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.
- Strong interest in sales; proven experience in B2B sales; media/events experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English + Spanish; additional languages a strong plus.
