  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business' corporate ticketing offering.
  • Manage and close group ticket sales, leading the full cycle from qualification to payment.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales to align campaigns and impact.
  • Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates) and iterate from data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.
  • Strong interest in sales; proven experience in B2B sales; media/events experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English + Spanish; additional languages a strong plus.
