  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables.
  • Manage the certificate of insurance process when needed.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute policies, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Monitor billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
  • Maintain data in the Agency Management System and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate renewal workflows and client deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year brokerage experience; 2+ years in relevant work.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette for customer service.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License or eligible within 3 months.
  • Management Liability experience preferred.
