Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Create loads for assigned customers in our TMS.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Use TMS to enter bids and note customer communications.
• Provide tracking updates to customers.
• Grow accounts with penetration and selling additional services.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service or 3PL experience a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
