Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Communicate professionally with customers and team by phone, email, and in-person
• Create loads for assigned customers in our Transportation Management System
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries
• Proactively deliver tracking updates to customers
• Grow accounts via penetration and selling additional services
• Service multiple customer accounts concurrently, meeting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree In Related Field Preferred
• Minimum of 1-year Customer Service Experience or Third-Party Logistics Experience is a Plus
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
