🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- ERP systems experience (mandatory)
- Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- SOX compliance and internal controls experience
- Ability to evaluate new approaches and process improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a dynamic, global tech environment
