- Define ABM strategy and program architecture with a scalable framework.
- Establish and maintain target account management in Salesforce and activation in ABM platforms.
- Create and run ABM operating rhythms and cross-functional workflows for consistent execution.
- Launch and optimize multi-channel ABM plays across target accounts to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Partner with Sales/BDR leadership to define objectives, outreach, and SLAs; integrate marketing touches with sales sequences.
- Develop account insights and reporting, using test-and-learn to improve ABM plays.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3+ years in ABM.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing sales-aligned, multi-channel ABM programs for named accounts or defined segments.
- Experience with ABM and intent platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus), web personalization, and/or account analytics/engagement reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation; ability to operationalize target account lists/segments, governance, and reporting across systems.
- Experience using data and insights to develop a POV on program performance and test-and-learn experiments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence without direct authority and build durable relationships with Sales, BDRs, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing.
