📋 Description

  • Oversee client communications for accesso Horizon (VGS) with existing and prospective clients.
  • Gather requirements and propose solutions; liaise with Product/R&D.
  • Travel up to 25% to client locations.
  • Test and troubleshoot applications before client release.
  • Assist R&D in improving applications and documenting changes.
  • Provide system software support to clients (on-site or off-site).

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous account management experience in a transactional SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with web-based tech including databases and SQL.
  • Collaborate with Project/Sales on proposals and client meetings.
  • Experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or guest-facing service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology is advantageous.
